Caroline Mission is a licensed and accredited Early Childhood Education Facility operated by Neighborhood Houses. Our Mission is to provide quality affordable child care for children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age.
In September 2007, Neighborhood Houses established a program dedicated to helping young moms develop the skills and find the support they need to become great moms.
